Specimen Requirements
0.5 mL of liquid stool collected in a screw-capped, sterile
container supplied. Send specimen refrigerated. Maintain sterility
and forward promptly.
Note: 1. Barium interferes with test
procedure.
2. Oil-based laxatives may cause false positives.
