Specimen Requirements

Collect urine without using additives. If urine must be collected with a preservative for other analytes, only boric acid may be used.

Sample Stability:

1 day at 20 - 25 ºC

7 days at 4 – 8 ºC

3 weeks at -15 to -25 ºC
